Częstochowa University of Technology – cooperation but not only on research projects….
Last December, or 2023, Częstochowa University of Technology announced a competition for the graphic design of the bolide PCz . The goal of the competition was to select the best design to be used in the university’s promotional activities. In addition, the university aims to promote young talent and popularize science.
Częstochowa University of Technology – competition
Participants in the competition were tasked with:
- Create a graphic design for the bolide that reflects the character and values of the Częstochowa University of Technology.
- The design had to be original and could not be a copy of existing cars.
- The works had to be submitted electronically by December 31, 2023.
The competition committee then selected the three best projects from among the submitted works.
First place: Bartosz Gradzik from Radostkowo near Częstochowa
Second place: Mateusz Kowalski from Częstochowa
Third place: Anna Wieczorek from Klobuck.
The winners of the competition received cash prizes:
- First place: 3000 PLN gross
- Second place: 1500 PLN gross
- Third place: PLN 1000 gross
All the works submitted to the competition can be viewed on the website of the Częstochowa University of Technology.
We are pleased that we were also able to support the university and the participants. So, along with the University of Technology, we congratulate the winners and keep our fingers crossed for their further development.
Cooperation with Częstochowa University:
We have been cooperating with the Częstochowa University of Technology, and more specifically with the Department of Electrical Engineering, for a number of years conducting research together. Our oldest joint project involves research on the effects of pollution on the performance of photovoltaic plants. There are two experimental facilities on the roof of the department, through which we collect and compare data. But after all, that’s not all!
