Washing: photovoltaic panels – we are near Krakow, the city of the Dragon

Krakow is a very old city, with a rich history and cultural heritage. It is located in the province of Malopolska and is one of the most beautiful places to visit in the country. Our team arrived near Krakow on behalf of one of our regular customers. A 50 kWp photovoltaic installation consisting of JaSolar modules, well known to us. Therefore, we knew what to expect.

Incidentally, in the center of Krakow, there is a Wawel Dragon, the legendary dragon that guards the treasures of Wawel Castle. This unusual creature reminds us that Krakow is a city full of history and stories.

Washing: solar panels – a surprise

In accordance with the agreed plan of action, after arriving at the site, we unpacked first. That is, we took out and set up the equipment. We then connected to a power source and water. Ultimately, we were up and running in less than 30 minutes. The solar power plant on the ground required thorough cleaning, mainly because of its location. Mounted in close proximity to fields and a small forest.

The dried dust from the half combined with bird droppings formed a crust on the surface of the modules. Nevertheless, thanks to the experience of the guys, in less than 3 hours the installation was washed.

Unfortunately, Krakow, like any other city, is not free from the whims of nature. Once the service was over, we packed up for the return trip…. Suddenly the wind broke, raising dust and dirt that covered our freshly washed solar panels. We could not do otherwise than start cleaning the modules anew.

Of course, we waited for a long while until the wind calmed down. Our team then proceeded to wash the installation again, cleaning the panels once more. In the end, our perseverance and determination were rewarded, and the panels shone in full glory.

Washing: photovoltaic panels – prize 🙂

After a day of hard work, we got tasty bagels from a grateful customer. It was a pleasant surprise and a perfect way to end the day. After all, bagels are one of the symbols of Krakow, and we couldn’t refuse them.
